  “Fine with caveats”
  Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.

  Third order with Pakt this year, so that probably tells you enough. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Colour has not faded after several washes. No complaints from me.

  Been using Pakt on and off since last winter. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared.

  “Poor experience”
  First and probably last order here. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Learned my lesson on this one.
