    “Disappointing”
The listing and the reality did not match. Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

    “Quick and painless”
Came across Sif Jakobs through a discount code and ended up staying a customer.
