  “Disappointing”
  The listing and the reality did not match. Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.
