  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. The stones are set neatly with no gaps.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Started falling apart after light use. Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  “Poor experience”
  Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well.
