  Returns process works but the form is confusing. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. I would use them again for something small.

  “Smooth experience”
  The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

  Came across SKINNEY through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced.

  Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. No complaints from me.
