  No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Glad I took the chance on them.

  “Save your money”
  Not the experience I was hoping for. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage.

  Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Easy to reach and no automated runaround.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
