  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. They answered a fairly technical question clearly.

  No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. The returns address they gave was wrong. Missing components with no mention in the description. Hard to recommend to anyone.

  Turned up in four working days with no fuss. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything.

  Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Good value, especially compared to the high street. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. It just worked, start to finish.
