    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect.

    Ordered two items and had problems with both. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up.

    “Easy recommendation”
