  Not the experience I was hoping for. The returns address they gave was wrong. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. They were comfortable from the first wear, no blisters.
