Not the experience I was hoping for. The returns address they gave was wrong. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

“Easy recommendation”

Helpful without being pushy about upselling. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.

“Will be back”

Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts. It just worked, start to finish.
