  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.

  “Good price, good service”
  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding.
