  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing.

  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Refund came back short of what I paid.

  Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Dispatched the same day I ordered. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.
