  Disappointing experience with Strong Coffee Company, unfortunately. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Response was rude, which sealed it for me.

  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. Cheaper options exist but with worse delivery. Support replied, but it took three days.

  “Nice surprise”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.
