  Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. Worth a try if the price is right.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Arrived well within the best before date.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Has held up well to daily use so far. Packaging kept everything fresh in transit. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Feels premium for what it cost. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Vita Cup surprised me. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Sticking with them for future orders.
