  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting.

  Been using Sur LA Table on and off since last winter. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Sur LA Table surprised me. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Handle stays cool which I did not expect at this price. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
