    “Some good, some bad”
    Second order from ExclusiveLane and it was less smooth than the first. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. No response to my first email, the second one got through.

    Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Would order from here again without hesitating.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    Placed a fairly big order with ExclusiveLane and everything arrived exactly as listed. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
