  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Survived a week of fairly rough handling. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected.
