  “Not as described”
  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there.

  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Arrived well within the window they promised. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Ingredients list matched what was shown online.

  “No complaints at all”
  The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Solid experience overall.
