  “Does exactly what it says”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly.

  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Slower than expected”
  My experience with The Blackpool Tower was okay overall. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Might order again, might not.

  “Will be back”
  My sister recommended The Blackpool Tower and I finally gave it a try last month. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking. Would happily spend money here again.
