  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  My sister recommended tourradar and I finally gave it a try last month. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.
