    Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Overall a very smooth experience.

    “Good price, good service”
    The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing.

    “Not bad, not great”
    Second order from Total Wine and it was less smooth than the first. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

    “Smooth experience”
    Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Packaging kept everything fresh in transit. Would happily spend money here again.
