  “Better than expected”
  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour.

  Used UPPER Bags twice now and both experiences were smooth. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Used UPPER Bags twice now and both experiences were smooth. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid.
