  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  “Not as described”
  Would not order from Veterinario Express again based on this. Not worth the money for what turned up. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. The colour is nothing like what was advertised.

  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  “Okay overall”
  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied.

  “Not what I expected”
  Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Frustrating from start to finish.
