“Second order, same quality”

Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Easy five stars from me.

They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Feels premium for what it cost. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

“Not bad, not great”

About right for the market, no bargain though. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. No response to my first email, the second one got through.
