  Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Refund came back short of what I paid.

  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
