Je Sens Le Bonheur is best known for cheap branded makeup, but it also sells perfume, and many bottles cost less than 5 euros. The range is small and changes often, with French eau de toilette lines such as Eau Jeune and Corania next to a few generic "dupe" perfumes from Chatler and Mirage Brands. Which Perfumes Does Je Sens Le Bonheur Sell?

The Parfum section is split into women's, men's and children's perfume, generic perfume, gift sets and eau de Cologne. When we checked, it held 18 items, and most of them came from four brands:

• Eau Jeune. The largest group, with 25 ml eau de parfum from the MIY Make It Yours line and 75 ml limited-edition eau de toilette such as L'Echappée Belle, Rebelle Chic, L'Orientale and Démon.
• Corania. The Tutti range of 100 ml eau de toilette, labelled made in France, in single-flower scents such as jasmine, cherry blossom and orange blossom.
• Chatler. 100 ml generic eau de parfum for women and men, such as Extenso Fleur, He's Oud and Candymen.
• Mirage Brands. His Terrain, a 100 ml generic eau de toilette for men.

The section also lists a few non-perfume items, such as a NUXE hand gel and a La Provençale deodorant, and the gift set (coffret) page had no perfume sets in stock.

How Cheap Is Perfume at Je Sens Le Bonheur?

These were some of the prices on the Parfum pages when we checked:

Stock is limited. Several bottles were marked as last items or out of stock, so treat these prices as examples of the price level, not a fixed list.

What Is a Parfum Générique, and Is It a Dupe?

Je Sens Le Bonheur has a separate Parfums Générique section, and its product titles use the word "Dupe". In perfume shopping, a dupe is a cheaper scent made to smell close to a well-known fragrance. The shop's own description goes further. It says a generic perfume is an original product with its own formula, that its molecular structure differs from the famous fragrance by at least 2%, and that it is not a copy. It also compares the idea to generic medicines.

In practice, that means three things for you as a shopper:

• The names are original. The bottles carry their own brand and scent names, so the product page will not tell you which designer fragrance a dupe is close to.
• The scent will not be identical. A generic perfume aims to be close to a style of fragrance, not the same, and lasting power can differ.
• The price gap is large. The generic bottles were listed between about 3 and 6 euros for 100 ml, far below designer prices.

If you already own a perfume you love, a generic bottle is better seen as an everyday or travel option than a replacement.

Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette: Which Should You Buy?

The Parfum section mixes eau de parfum, eau de toilette and eau de Cologne, and the difference matters more than the bottle size:

• Eau de parfum. A higher concentration of perfume oils, so it usually lasts longer on the skin. The Eau Jeune MIY bottles and the Chatler generics are eau de parfum.
• Eau de toilette. Lighter and fresher, and usually needs topping up during the day. Most of the 75 ml and 100 ml bottles here are eau de toilette.
• Eau de Cologne. The lightest of the three, best for a quick fresh feel after a shower.

A 25 ml eau de parfum at under 1.50 euros is a low-risk way to try a new scent before buying a bigger bottle elsewhere.

Is There Men's Perfume at Je Sens Le Bonheur?

Only a little. When we checked, the Parfum Homme page had no men's perfume of its own. The men's options were all in the generic section: Chatler He's Oud and Candymen, both eau de parfum, and Mirage Brands His Terrain, an eau de toilette. He's Oud and Candymen were marked as last items, so the choice for men depends heavily on when you visit.

Does Je Sens Le Bonheur Offer Free Delivery?

We found no free delivery threshold on the shop's delivery page. Shipping is a fixed fee that covers preparation and packing, plus a transport charge that depends on the total weight of the parcel. Perfume bottles are heavier than lipsticks or nail polish, so a 100 ml bottle adds more to the shipping cost than a small makeup item. Combining a few products in one order is the simplest way to keep the delivery cost low compared with what you spend. Can You Return Perfume?

Unopened perfume follows the shop's normal 14-day withdrawal rule, with return shipping at your cost. Once a bottle has been opened, used or tested, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Because you cannot smell the perfume before buying, start with the cheapest small bottles or a scent family you already know you like.
