  “Exactly what I needed”
  Third order with Cat Cave Co this year, so that probably tells you enough. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. Already planning my next order.

  I wanted to like Cat Cave Co more than I did. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
