  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Good value, especially compared to the high street.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

  “Save your money”
  I had high hopes for Engelsrufer but it did not work out. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  “Glad I ordered”
  They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Solid experience overall.
