  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.

  “Support let it down”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Closed my ticket without resolving anything.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Not what I expected”
  Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Materials are much thinner than described. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.
