  Third order with Island this year, so that probably tells you enough. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. Exactly what I hoped for.

  Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  Returns process works but the form is confusing. It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep.
