  “Poor experience”
  Would not order from GEFU again based on this. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. Not going back.

  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits.

  Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far.

  Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Has held up well to daily use so far. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Not going back.
