Ordered from Sardel for the first time and it went better than I expected. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far.

Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Sardel turned out to be completely legit. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far. Would order from here again without hesitating.

Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised.
