Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.

Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly.

Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Hotel bb turned out to be completely legit. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.
