  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. I have already recommended them to two people.

  Not the experience I was hoping for. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Support let it down”
  Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Not worth the money for what turned up. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks.
