“Not as described”

Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed.

Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.
