  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Used Pillows.com twice now and both experiences were smooth. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Comfortably recommend them.

  Third order with Pillows.com this year, so that probably tells you enough. Dispatched the same day I ordered. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Ordered from Pillows.com for the first time and it went better than I expected. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

  Mixed feelings about Pillows.com, though nothing went badly wrong. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Does what it says, more or less.

  “Middle of the road”
  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. The colour is a shade off from what was shown online.
