  “Solid from start to finish”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. One item was great, the other was mediocre.

  My experience with Soukra was okay overall. No response to my first email, the second one got through. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Happy customer, will return.
