  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Mixed feelings about Thompson & Morgan, though nothing went badly wrong. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Got my issue resolved, just slowly.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Solid experience overall.
