  “Second order, same quality”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful.

  Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying.
