  “Smooth experience”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out. Would tell a friend to try them.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Survived a week of fairly rough handling.

  Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed.
