Senetic Review: Is It Legit, Why Prices Look Low and How to Save Across Europe

By Isabella Reed • October 31, 2026

Is Senetic legit? Its German shop scores 4.11 on Trusted Shops. See Senetic prices in Germany, Italy, France and Sweden with VAT, plus real ways to save.

Senetic is one of the bigger online IT resellers in Europe, with separate shops for Germany, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, France and other countries. It sells business networking gear, servers and software licences, and its prices often look lower than at other shops. This guide explains who Senetic is, what its customer reviews say, why its prices look so low at first glance, and the real ways to save, including the price of the same products in each country shop. For live offers, open the coupon page for your country in the table below.

Which Senetic Shop Should You Use?

Each country has its own Senetic shop with local prices, tax, language and delivery options. Buy from the shop for the country you are shipping to.

Who Is Senetic?

Senetic is a European IT reseller founded in Poland in 2009. It runs local companies in several countries, such as Senetic GmbH in Munich for the German shop and Senetic AB in Stockholm for the Swedish shop. The range covers networking equipment, servers, storage, UPS systems, computers and software licences from brands such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, HPE, MikroTik, Synology, Dell, Lenovo and Microsoft. Most customers are companies, IT departments and public institutions, but private buyers can order too, and resellers have a separate B2B portal.

Is Senetic Legit? What Customer Reviews Say

• Trusted Shops (Germany): senetic.de holds a valid Trusted Shops seal with buyer protection and a score of 4.11 out of 5 from 1,890 reviews.
• Trustpilot (Sweden): senetic.se has only 12 reviews and a score of 3.2 out of 5, split between very good and very bad. One recent negative review describes an order that stayed in processing and was later cancelled because the item had sold out.

Our take: Senetic is a real, established business with a strong review score in Germany, its biggest market. The main risk is stock. Some products are listed before they are in the warehouse, so check the delivery estimate on the product page, and contact support before paying for an urgent order.

Why Senetic Prices Look So Low: The VAT Question

Senetic shows its prices without VAT by default, because most of its customers are businesses. If you are a private buyer, the price you pay at checkout will be higher. Here is the same Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra, listed at 116.49 euros excluding VAT in four euro shops:

In Sweden, the same gateway is listed at 1,297 kr excluding moms, which is about 1,621 kr with Sweden's 25% VAT. When you compare Senetic with other shops, always compare prices including VAT, plus shipping. Shipping is not included either, so add it at checkout too.

Senetic Prices Compared Across Countries

These are the excluding-VAT prices we found on each country shop's hot offers in late October 2026:

The net prices are almost the same in every euro shop, so the real difference comes from your country's VAT rate and the shipping cost to your address. Hot offers change about every two weeks, so prices on the coupon pages may have moved since we checked.

Real Ways to Save at Senetic

• Hot offers. Each shop has a hot offers page with discounted Cisco, Ubiquiti, HPE and other products. It is refreshed roughly every two weeks, so check back before a big purchase.
• Ask for a quote. For several units or a full network project, add the items to an inquiry and ask for a custom price instead of paying the list price.
• Reseller pricing. IT companies that resell can apply to Senetic's B2B portal for reseller prices.
• Bundle your order. Shipping is priced by weight, size and destination, so one bigger order usually costs less to ship than several small ones.
• Pay later in Sweden. The Swedish shop offers Klarna, so you can spread the cost of a larger order.

Senetic rarely publishes public discount codes, so be careful with coupon sites that list large percentage codes for it. The hot offers and custom quotes are where the real savings are.

Shipping and Returns at Senetic

• Shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Orders ship with carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and DSV, and Germany deliveries take about four business days on average.
• Returns for consumers. Private buyers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery and start a return through Senetic's RMA portal.
• Returns for businesses. Business buyers should agree a return with Senetic in advance, and software licences follow their own conditions.

Does Senetic Have a Black Friday Sale?

Senetic has not announced a Black Friday or Black Week sale for 2026. Its hot offers already work like a rolling sale, so if you plan to buy around Black Friday, check the hot offers page in late November and compare it with other tech shops. For big-store Black Friday dates, see our Black Friday deals guide.

How We Checked

We checked prices and offers on each Senetic country shop's own hot offers pages in late October 2026, not on other coupon sites. The review scores come from Trusted Shops and Trustpilot, and the shipping and return rules from Senetic's own policy pages. VAT-inclusive prices are our own calculation using each country's standard VAT rate. We check these sources again whenever we update this guide. Prices change often, so confirm the final price, including VAT and shipping, at checkout.
